Ricoh Europe B.V. acquires Danka Europe

Ricoh Europe B.V. has signed agreements with Danka Business Systems plc regarding the acquisition of Danka Europe. Danka Europe is one of Europe's largest suppliers of document management systems. The purchase sum amounted to USD 210 million.

Representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad, Katja Cato, Theresa Kovac and Per Westman.
