Powerwave Technologies sells Arkivator Falköping AB

IGC Industrial Growth Company AB has acquired all shares in Arkivator Fallköping AB, which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Powerwave Technologies, Inc. Arkivator Falköping AB provides contract manufacturing services primarily in the areas of vehicles, machine systems and telecommunications. The purchase sum amounted to a value corresponding to USD 27.1 million.

Vinge acted as advisor to Powerwave Technologies. The representative from Vinge was Johan Winnerblad, Katja Cato and Anna Berntson.

Vinge has advised Gamma Waves on Sportway’s EUR 20 million financing round

Vinge has acted as legal adviser to Gamma Waves in connection with Sportway’s EUR 20 million financing round. The round was led by Gamma Waves, together with continued participation from existing shareholders, and values Sportway at approximately EUR 92 million (around SEK 1 billion) post-money.
