Powerwave Technologies sells Arkivator Falköping AB

IGC Industrial Growth Company AB has acquired all shares in Arkivator Fallköping AB, which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Powerwave Technologies, Inc. Arkivator Falköping AB provides contract manufacturing services primarily in the areas of vehicles, machine systems and telecommunications. The purchase sum amounted to a value corresponding to USD 27.1 million.

Vinge acted as advisor to Powerwave Technologies. The representative from Vinge was Johan Winnerblad, Katja Cato and Anna Berntson.

The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.
