Platzer sells a property in Långedrag

​Vinge has advised Platzer Fastigheter in connection with the sale of the office property in Långedrag outside Gothenburg to Fastighets AB Region.

The sale is structured as a corporate sale at an underlying property value of MSEK 236.5.

Vinge’s team consisted of Kristoffer Larson and Olof Jisland.
