Outokumpu - sale Avesta Welding AB to Böhler-Uddeholm AG

Böhler-Uddeholm AG, the Austrian listed specialty steel company, has agreed to acquire Avesta Welding AB, the Swedish producer and developer of welding consumables, from Outokumpu Oyj, the Finnish listed fabricator of copper, nickel and zinc, for an undisclosed consideration.
