Öresundkraft AB acquires NVSH Energi AB

Öresundkraft AB has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares of NVSH Energi AB from Bjäre Kraft AB and Södra Hallands Kraftförening. At the same time, NVSH Energi AB's shares in Kraftaktörerna AB were sold to Bjäre Kraft Energi AB, Södra Hallands Kraftförening and Ljungby Energi AB. NVSH Energi AB is an electric utility company with operations in northwest Scania. Öresundkraft AB is an expansive energy company headquartered in Helsingborg and with operations throughout all of Sweden and parts of Denmark.

Vinge acted as an advisor to the purchaser which was represented by Peter Abrahamsson and Lina Bergquist.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB
