Nobia acquires Hygena Cuisines SA

Nobia's acquisition of French Hygena is estimated at EUR 135 million. The French company Hygena sells kitchen equipment and is one of the leading retailers in terms of volume in France.

Vinge's Paris office acted as legal advisor to the Swedish company Nobia during the acquisition of Hygena. Representatives from Vinge included Anders Åberg, Sabine von Uthmann, Erik Made and Fabian Ekeblad.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
