Vinge has advised Nextmune Holding B.V., primarily owned by Fidelio Capital and Premune, in connection with the acquisition of Oystershell NV’s operations pertaining to animal health products.
Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, partner Jonas Bergström and associate Gustav Tengblad.
