Vinge and BA-HR have advised Nextmune AB in connection with the acquisition of Dr Baddaky Europe. 

Nextmune is a leading European company engaged in providing allergy diagnostics and allergy treatment of companion animals.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström and Johanna Wiberg.
