Vinge advised the Sixth AP-fund in relation to its investment in Hoist Group. Hoist Group develops and supplies systems, products and services to independent hotels and hotel chains in Europe and the Middle East. 

Vinge’s team consisted of Fredrik Sonander and Petronella Hallberg.
