MNE Holding AB selling MediaNet in Ljusdal AB

MNE Holding has entered into an agreement regarding the sale of MediaNet to Hi Media S.A.  Medianet is one of the largest players in the Swedish market for selling online advertising to local advertising purchasers.

Vinge acted as advisor to MNE Holding AB. Representatives from Vinge included Fredrik von Baumgarten and Daniel Rosvall.
