Millimed Holdings acquires Cube Medical

Millimed Holdings Inc., a newly established US holding company backed by ten Danish and international venture investment funds fronted by Advent International, has agreed to acquire Cube Medical A/S, a Denmark based research, development and production company within the area of vascular medical devices, and Millimed Vascular Intervention AB, a Sweden based sales and marketing company for vascular medical devices. The initial consideration of is USD 12m and an investment of USD 10m contingent upon the achievement of certain milestones.

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
