Manpower divests its Nordic Facility Management and Contact Centre Operations

Manpower Business Solutions has sold its Nordic Facility Management and Contact Center operations to private equity funds managed by Argan Capital. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Partner Jan Byström and associates David Aversten and Erik Plith of Vinge acted as transaction counsel to Manpower.
