Lunds Energi acquires Ringsjö Energi

Lunds Energi AB, a Swedish energy company, has agreed to acquire Ringsjö Energi AB, a local rival, from the Eslövs (holding 77.7%) and Hörby (22.3%) municipalities, for an undisclosed sum.
