Litorina Kapital sells its portfolio company eCare to Finnish Mawell.

Litorina Kapital is selling its portfolio company eCare to Finnish Mawell, a supplier of communication and software solutions for the healthcare industry. Mawell is acquiring eCare by offering the shareholders of eCare a combination of a cash payment and newly issued shares in Mawell.

Vinge acted a legal advisor for the sellers. Vinge representatives included Johan Winnerblad and Mattias Larsson.
