Litorina Kapital acquires Pelly Industrier Holding AB

Litorina Kapital is acquiring Pelly Industrier Holding AB, a company that provides storage systems for consumers, as well as kitchen, bath and closet manufacturers. After the acquisition, Litorina will own approximately 71 percent of the company, with the remainder being owned by Pelly's management and other key figures. The sellers are a number of private investors, including the company's management.

Vinge acted as advisor to Litorina Kapital. Representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad, Johan Larsson and Therasa Kovac.

Vinge has advised the leading infrastructure group Eleda in connection with its parallel acquisitions of Rail Solutions Scandinavia (railway maintenance), Gridtec (engineering consultancy in electric power), Quantity Surveying Konsult Stockholm (cost control and project management), Voene (traffic safety), Vägservice centralen i Norden and Frästech (road and bridge maintenance). The acquired businesses had a strong profitability with a combined turnover of approximately 200 MSEK in 2024.
