Liorina Kapital sells it share of PlymoVent

Litorina Kapital is selling its holdings in 30% of PlymoVent to the Dutch firm Euromate, a European company in Air Cleaning Systems. Euromate, together with PlymoVent, will become a group company with a continued focus on Air Cleaning Systems.

Vinge acted as advisor to Litorina Kapital during the sale. Representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad, Katja Cato, Johan Larsson and Theresa Kovac.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
