LB Icon and Framfab join together

The new company will continue to focus on the consulting business within interactive marketing, design, communication, brand creation and technology. The companies have a combined market value of approximately 3 billion Swedish kronor, and the new group company will have 1200 employees, across 10 countries.

Vinge acted as advisor to Framfab. Representatives from Vinge include Carl Gustaf De Geer, Göran Nyström, Mattias Friberg and Hillevi T. Myhre.
