Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with the acquisition of the shares in Dorotea Mekaniska AB, which is a leading company within amphibious vehicles and other equipment for lake cleaning as well as wetland and water care where the products are sold under the trademark Truxor.
The company has an annual turnover of approximately MSEK 70.
Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Vilhelm Rondahl and Sophia Holm.
