Lagercrantz acquires Schmitztechnik GmbH

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in connection with the acquisition of the German company Schmitztechnik GmbH, which is a market leader in several OEM segments with customer specific silicon, rubber, PUR and industrial plastic products with Germany as its largest market.

The company is located in Mönchengladbach and has an annual turnover of approximately MEUR 6.7 with good profitability.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Matthias Pannier and Ulrich Ziche.

 Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
