Lagercrantz acquired Alf Bjurenwall AB

Vinge has advised the Lagercrantz group in connection with the acquisition of Alf Bjurenwall AB, which is the leading company in relation to the erection of cisterns primarily for storage of water connected to fire sprinkler systems.

The company’s operations are situated in Kolbäck and the company’s turnover is approximately MSEK 25 with good profitability.
 
Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with associates Filip Öhrner and Edin Agic.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
