ABN Amro, SEB Företagsinvest and Innovationskapital is selling Kreatel Communications to Motorola. Kreatel Communications operations are based on IPTV (Internet Protocol Television). The purchase of Kreatel will expand Motorola's product line and creates the conditions for new solutions on the market.
Vinge acted as advisor to the sellers, and the representatives from Vinge included Ulf Sallnäs, Henrik Wenckert, Mattias Larsson and Anna Elm.
