Kesko Livs selling their share of Rimi Baltic

Kesko Livs AB and ICA Baltic AB, a part of the Swedish ICA group company, have signed an agreement whereby ICA Baltic is buying Kesko Liv's share of 50% of Rimi Baltic AB's shares. The purchase sum of the shares amounted to EUR 190 million.

Vinge acted as advisor to the seller Kesko Oy. Representatives from Vinge included Michael Wigge, Mikael Broomé and Anna Edström.
