JSC Segezha Pulp and Paper Mill acquires Korsnäs Packing

The Russian packaging group JSC Segheza Pulp and Paper Mill have signed an agreement with Investment AB Kinnevik regarding an acquisition for Kinnevik's wholly-owned subsidiary Korsnäs Packaging for EUR 73.5 million on a debt-free basis.

Vinge acted as Swedish advisor to the purchaser's JSC Segheza Pulp and Paper Mill. Representatives from Vinge included Carl Gustaf De Geer and Viveka Beckeman.
