Jacobs Holdings AG acquires Colosseum Smile Group

Vinge together with Wiersholm advised IK 2007 Fund in connection with the divestment of Colosseum Smile Group, a leading dental care provider with a wide offering of dental care services, to Jacobs Holding AG. Colosseum Smile has 52 clinics in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and the group has trippled in size since IK acquired Colosseum in 2010. The group's sales amounts to approx. NOK 1.2 billion.

Vinge's team consisted of among others Jonas Bergström, Oscar Rydén och Mika Jordan.
