IVG Immobilien AG selling property for SEK 725 million

IVG Immobilien has signed an agreement with Svea Fastigheter, who through their funds in Sveafastigheter I and Sveafastigheter Fund II will, acquire the property Vattenfallet 2 in Råckasta. The biggest tenant is Vattenfall, which has its Nordic headquarters on the property. Other tenants include Svenska Kraftnät (Swedish Power Network) and Lantmäteriet Kartcentrum (Map centre for National Land Survey of Sweden).

Vinge acted as advisor to the seller IVG Immobilien. The representative from Vinge was Patrick Forslund.
