Industri Kapital acquires a majority position in Moventas Oy

Moventas is the leading independent supplier and manufacturer of gears to the processing industry and wind power companies. Moventas is also a leader in maintenance and service in the field of mechanical power transmission.

Vinge's team consisted of Malin Leffler (partner), Fredrik Hallin, Patrik Göthlin and Jonas  Bergström. Mikael Ståhl and Paula Röttorp were responsible for the financing. Emma Trogen and Emma Dufva handled the competition issues.
