Hyresbostäder selling Solås Center in Jönköping

The retirement pension company Alecta, in cooperation with Aberdeen Property Investors, has acquired the properties Översikten 6 and 9, as well as Örten 7 in Jönköping. The acquisition complements Alecta's property holdings in the nearby A6 shopping centre.

Vinge acted as advisor to the seller Hyresbostäder. The representative from Vinge was Patrick Forslund.
