Holmgrens Bil acquires Proauto

Vinge has advised the shareholders in Proauto Holding in conjunction with the sale of shares in the company to Holmgrens Bil.

The subsidiary Proauto Group Sverige is an authorized distributor of cars for BMW and MINI and has facilities in Nyköping, Norrköping and Linköping. In 2016, the group had a turnover of approximately SEK 670 million. 

The transaction is subject to approval by the the Swedish Competition Authority.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Trine Osen Bergqvist and Marith Welin-Berger.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
