Vinge has advised Helix Kapital in conjunction with the acquisition of Heda Skandinavien, the current management of which will remain as significant minority shareholders.
Heda focuses on the installation and maintenance of, among other things, fences, gates, passage and surveillance systems for area protection and area safety.
Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Johanna Wiberg, Martin Boström and Stina Bengtsson.
