Heda Skandinavien acquires Upplands Stängsel AB

Vinge has advised Heda Skandinavien, Sweden’s leading company within installation and service of area security, in conjunction with the acquisition of Upplands Stängsel AB.

Following the acquisition, the Heda Group will have a turnover of approximately SEK 340 million and approximately 150 employees.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Johanna Wiberg and Fredric Reissmüller.
