Vinge has advised Hedask Skandinavien (Heda) in conjunction with the acquisition of HEAB Stängsel.

Heda is a leading company in Sweden within the installation and maintenance of systems for area protection and area security focusing on high security. HEAB delivers fencing facilities and systems for exterior security, among other things, to companies, property companies and municipal organisations.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Johanna Wiberg, Stina Bengtsson and Tove Lövgren Frisk.
