Fusio AB signed agreement with Atex Group Ltd for sale

February 19, 2007

3i Group Plc, Sundet Investment AB, Muirfield Invest AB and other shareholders in Fusio AB have signed an agreement with Atex Group Ltd for the sale of Fusio. Fusio develops and markets integrated systems for the media market, including online advertising and CRM functions.

Vinge acted as an advisor to the sellers, and representatives from Vinge included Henrik Borna, Katarina Nilsson and Anna Gustafsson.
