Vinge has advised the sellers in the sale of seven wind turbines at Bondön in Piteå, Sweden, to Fontavis, an asset manager specialized in environment and infrastructure.

Vinge has advised the owners of Compab Energiteknik in connection with the sale of 80 per cent of the shares to Tången Industrikapital. Compab, which has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million, sells, installs and services, amongst other things, steam and hot-water boilers as well as burners for the industrial sector.
Vinge has advised Ikano Bank AB (publ) on the acquisition of a portfolio of performing consumer loans from Entercard Group AB. As at 30 September 2026, the contractual amount of the loans totalled approximately SEK 7 billion.
