Essnet AB sales their lottery business

Scientific Games Corporation is buying Essnet's web-based lottery business for SEK 460 million. Essnet continues to focus their game-based business by developing technology around their interactive real-time games.

Vinge acted as an advisor to Essnet AB, and representatives from Vinge included Jan Byström and Jens Haneklint.
