EQT acquires Candidator

Vinge has advised Sobro and other owners in conjunction with the sale of all shares in Candidator Holding AB (”Candidator”) to EQT Mid Market Europe (”EQT”).

In connection with the transaction, management will make a significant reinvestment and continue to develop Candidator together with EQT. Candidator is a fast growing IT operation and outsourcing company based in Alingsås and with operations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Bergen and Oslo. The company has approximately 300 employees in Sweden and Norway and a turnover of approximately MSEK 450.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Joacim Rydergård, Filip Brosset, Christina Odengran and Sofie Sundin.

Vinge has advised Eleda in connection with the acquisition of Nordic Infrastructure Group AS (“Qben Rail”)

Qben Infra AB and ININ Group AS, which is majority owned by Qben Infra AB, have entered into a share purchase agreement with Eleda through Eleda’s subsidiary Eleda Norge AS (“Eleda”), to divest the Qben Rail platform to Eleda for a total enterprise value of up to NOK 850 million, including an earn out of up to NOK 65 million. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval from the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products and the Norwegian Competition Authority.
