Ellos acquires Jotex AB

Ellos AB, the Swedish fashion catalogue company, has agreed to acquire Jotex AB, a Scandinavian mail-order home textiles retailer from Borås Wäfveri AB for an undisclosed sum. Jotex, which operates in three Scandinavian countries – Sweden, Norway and Finland, recorded annual 2003 sales of EUR 30m.
