Digia Inc. and Sysopen Plc merge into SysOpen Digia Plc.

Sysopen Plc, the listed Finland based independent IT service providers, and Digia Inc., a Finland based smartphone systems integrator that serves handset and hardware manufacturers and service providers, have agreed to merge to form a new company named SysOpen Digia Plc.

Vinge acted for Investor Growth Capital, one of the shareholders of Digia Inc.
