Cierco Corporation – sale of Airicole AB to Sydkraft AB

Sydkraft AB, the Swedish energy group providing products and services in the energy, environment, waste, recycling and communications sectors, has acquired Airicole AB, the Swedish offshore wind power development company, from Cierco Corporation, for an undisclosed amount.
