CapMan Group acquires Inflight Service Europe AB

Funds advised by CapMan Oy, the Finnish private equity firm, will acquire the majority of Inflight Service Europe AB, the Swedish travel retail company, in a deal with an undisclosed value. CapMan's funds will acquire a 68% stake in Inflight Service and its co-founders Johan Bjarke and Johan Kullander will hold another 23% in the firm, with the balance held by Inflight's key employees and managers.

The merger strengthens the new FEA Group’s capacity and service offering, which includes everything from comprehensive travel planning and hotel bookings to security-classified passenger transport and risk assessments.
