Vinge is advising funds managed by CapMan on the divestment of Synerco to Addici Holding. Synerco is a leading Swedish provider of integrated corporate facility management services. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

The Vinge team advising CapMan includes partner Jan Byström, associates Mattias Larsson and Fredrik von der Esch and paralegal Pernilla Warg.
