Capinordic A/S acquires Monetar Pensionförvaltning AB

Capinordic A/S has signed an agreement to acquire Monetar Pensionsförvaltning, which is a Swedish pension management company which administers premium pension funds (PPM) for private persons. The purchase sum amounted to EUR 26 million.

Vinge acted as advisor to Capinordic A/S and representatives from Vinge included Henrik Borna and Karin Ebbinghaus.
