Blenheim Properties selling Jakobsbergs Centrum

After one and a half years of ownership, Blenheim Properties is selling Jakobsberg Centrum to Finnish Citycon. The purchase is taking place through a company acquisition where the underlying property value amounts to SEK 980 million.

Vinge was the advisor to Blenheim Properties during the sale. The representatives from Vinge included Patrick Forslund and Jonas Erlandsson.
