Blenheim Properties – acquisition of Jakobsberg Centrum Fastighets AB

Blenheim Properties, the UK-based real estate investment company, has acquired Jakobsberg Centrum, the Swedish shopping mall, from Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate Fund, the UK-based real estate fund owned by Doughty Hanson & Co, the UK-based private equity firm, for SEK 865m (EUR 97m / USD 128m).

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
