Blackstone selling properties to Länsförsäkringar Liv

On behalf of Länsförsäkringar Liv, Humlegården Fastigheter has acquired six properties from Blackstone. The price for the properties amounts to SEK 1.9 billion. Of the six properties, one is located in Malmö and the rest are in Stockholm.

Vinge was the advisor to Blackstone and representatives from Vinge included Patrick Forslund and Daniel Unger.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
