Bilia acquires Bilgruppen

Bilia AB has entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of Bilgruppen i Enköping Sala AB and Bilgruppen i Kungsängen AB. Bilgruppen has about 40 employees and total sales of approximately SEK 140 million. The acquisition further strengthens Bilia's Ford operations in the Stockholm area. The purchase is subject to the approval of the Swedish Competition Authority.

Vinge acted as adviser to Bilia, and Magnus Pauli represented Vinge
