BETandWIN.com acquires Ongame e-solutions

BETandWIN.com Interactive Entertainment AG, the Austria-based online gaming and entertainment company, is acquiring Ongame e-solutions AB, which is a Swedish poker company for a sum of approximately EUR 473 million.

Vinge represented BETandWIN, and representatives from Vinge included Carl Gustaf De Geer, Tuula Tallavaara and Jessica Veraeus.
