Atria sells Nordic Fast Food to FIAB

Vinge has advised Atria in conjunction with the sale of its holding in Nordic Fast Food AB to the previous minority shareholder Svenska Franchisetagarnas Intresse AB (FIAB).


Following the transaction, FIAB will be the sole owner of Nordic Fast Food AB, which grants franchises to the Sibylla chain in Sweden. Atria will continue to own the rights to the trademark Sibylla.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
