Altor sells Dynapac to Atlas Copco

Altor has signed an agreement with Atlas Copco for the sale of Dynapac. Dynapac is a leading supplier for packing and construction equipment for road and field work.

Vinge acted as advisor to Altor during the acquisition. Representatives from Vinge included Bo Adrianzon, Peter Linderoth, Ulrich Ziche, Magnus Hedsund, Christoffer Thalin and Ann Bokinge.
