ALG Holding AB acquires Blyth HomeScents International

Blyth Wholesale Holdings has signed an agreement with ALG Holding regarding the sale of Blyth HomeScents International. Blyth HomeScents International includes the brands Gies, Asp-Holmblad and Liljeholmens.

Vinge acted as advisor to ALG Holdings, and representatives from Vinge included Peter Oscarsson, Björn Mullaart and Acacia Göransson.
