Akelius Fastigheter, the Swedish property company, has acquired Orion, its local counterpart, from HSB Malmö, financial services company, for SEK 785m (EUR 86m). The acquisition is expected to strengthen the position of Akelius Fastigheter as Sweden's largest private landlord.
